Return Policy: On-line Purchases



We want you to be completely satisfied with your coffee purchases in our St. Louis Store and from shawscoffee.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your coffee purchase you can return or exchange it within 30 days of the original purchase date.

For in store returns or exchanges, you must have a valid receipt.

If you return product to us without contacting us first, you will be responsible for any return shipping cost. Refunds will only be made in the original form of payment.
