Barista
Auria is a newer addition to the Shaw’s Coffee family and we’re thrilled to have her on board. She’s quickly getting to know our regulars—often remembering their go-to orders with ease. While she’s currently studying to become a lab assistant, she’s been enjoying her time with us and brings a warm, friendly energy to the shop. Be sure to say hello and give her a warm welcome the next time you stop by!

Scout has been a valued member of the Shaw’s Coffee family for over two years. As our Marketing Director, she plays a key role in shaping the way we connect with our community and share our story. Her creativity, strategic thinking and collaborative spirit have made a lasting impact on our team. Scout is passionate about her work and is always looking for new ways to enhance the customer experience and elevate our brand. I’ve been working as a barista at Shaw’s for over a decade now and I love that I get to work in the neighborhood where I live. In 2025, I was proud to step into the role of Assistant Manager—it’s been a great opportunity to grow while continuing to be part of this amazing community; it’s great seeing my Hill neighbors every day! And roasting is awesome. I love the way the aroma changes as the beans roast!

Rebekah has been a part of the Shaw’s Coffee family for several years now. She’s a coffee enthusiast that loves to help a new or regular customer find their new, favorite drink of choice. She looks forward to connecting with all of the people that walk through our doors and would love to take the time for a quick chat- all of our regulars know her well! She’s also a part of our roaster team so if she’s not up on the bar, or running things in the back then you’ll probably find her by our roaster. She’ll be there watching, smelling and timing the transformation of each varietal of coffee turn from green beans to the beautiful, rich brown roasted coffee beans we love to serve.
