Description
The island of Sulawesi is one of the 15,000 islands of the Republic of Indonesia, and comprises one tenth of the total landmass. Sulawesi produces coffee that is similar to the coffee from Sumatra. However, the different climatic conditions and geography of Sulawesi result in a somewhat milder coffee.
Sulawesi coffee is full-bodied, with a complex earthy flavor, and moderate acidity.
